Abstract
La présente invention concerne le domaine du bâtiment, et a pour objet un panneau préfabriqué. Panneau caractérisé en ce qu'il est essentiellement constitué par une ossature porteuse formée par des éléments profilés, par un parement extérieur constitué de petites dalles rectangulaires en béton armé, par un parement intérieur formé de plaques de plâtre industrialisées prenant en sandwich une couche d'isolation thermique, par un enduit plastique extérieur, et par des rubans d'étanchéité disposés au niveau des joints entre les petites dalles de béton formant le parement extérieur. L'invention est plus particulièrement applicable à la construction industrialisée.
