Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouveaux 1-désoxy-glycopyranosides, de préférence des 1-désoxy-D-mannopyranosides, ayant dans la position 1 du noyau de pyranoside un substituant oméga-aminoalcoylthio, oméga-aminoalcoylozy ou oméga-aminoalcanoylamino. On prépare ces 1-substitué- l-désoxy-glycopyranosides à partir du bromure de tétra-O-acétylglycopyranosyle ou de la tétraO-acétyl-glycopyranosyl amine correspondants. Ces oméga-amino (alcoylthio, alcoyloxy ou alcanoylamino)- 1-désoxy-glycopyranosides, et en particulier les 1-Ø(6'-amino-hexyl) thio ou oxyõ- 1-désoxy-D-mannopyranorides, possèdent une activité semblable à celle de l'insuline.The invention relates to novel 1-deoxy-glycopyranosides, preferably 1-deoxy-D-mannopyranosides, having in position 1 of the pyranoside ring an omega-aminoalkylthio, omega-aminoalkylozy or omega-aminoalkanoylamino substituent. These 1-substituted-1-deoxy-glycopyranosides are prepared from the corresponding tetra-O-acetylglycopyranosyl bromide or tetraO-acetyl-glycopyranosyl amine. These omega-amino (alkylthio, alkyloxy or alkanoylamino) - 1-deoxy-glycopyranosides, and in particular 1-Ø (6'-amino-hexyl) thio or oxyõ- 1-deoxy-D-mannopyranorides, have an activity similar to that of insulin.
