Abstract

L'invention concerne de nouvelles compositions de bitumes ayant des propriétés rhéologiques-mécaniques et viscoélastiques, notamment améliorées. Les compositions sont caractérisées en ce qu'elles sont obtenues en maintenant en contact, à une température comprise entre 140 et 220 degrés C, les constituants d'un mélange comprenant : - un bitume classique de pénétration comprise entre 30 et 220; - un composé organique à insaturation oléfinique ayant une masse moléculaire moyenne comprise entre 300 et 30 000; - du soufre non lié chimiquement. Le contact est maintenu une durée suffisante pour assurer la fixation du composé organique sur le bitume. Les compositions de l'invention sont notamment utilisables comme enduits superficiels pour revêtement routier.The invention relates to novel bitumen compositions having rheological-mechanical and viscoelastic properties, in particular improved. The compositions are characterized in that they are obtained by maintaining in contact, at a temperature between 140 and 220 degrees C, the constituents of a mixture comprising: - a conventional bitumen with a penetration of between 30 and 220; - an organic compound with olefinic unsaturation having an average molecular mass of between 300 and 30,000; - sulfur not chemically bound. The contact is maintained for a sufficient time to ensure the attachment of the organic compound to the bitumen. The compositions of the invention can be used in particular as surface coatings for road surfaces.
