Abstract

Procédé pour la préparation d'alpha-aminobenzyl-pénicillines, éventuellement substituées. On dissout de l'acide 6-aminopénicillanique ou un de ses sels solubles dans l'eau pour former une première solution; on sépare, par exemple par filtration, des impuretés contaminantes solides à partir de cette première solution; on forme une deuxième solution en dissolvant un agent acylant du type anhydride mixte dans un solvant organique, on refroidit cette deuxième solution jusqu'à environ - 50 degrés C, on en sépare des impuretés contaminantes solides, et on combine les deux solutions afin de les faire réagir pour produire l'alpha-aminobenzylpénicilline désirée. Obtention, à un haut rendement, des pénicillines en question à un haut degré de pureté.
