Abstract

L'invention concerne les techniques du vide. Elle a pour objet une pompe à vide à absorption, comportant un dispositif transporteur vibrant qui présente une zone de pompage et une zone de régénération, propre à faire circuler un agent absorbant qui est amené à la zone de pompage puis, après s'être chargé de gaz à pomper, à la zone de régénération et, de celle-ci, de nouveau à la zone de pompage, cette pompe étant caractérisée en ce que la zone de pompage et la zone de régénération du dispositif transporteur vibrant sont composées chacune d'une pluralité de pieces profilées, identiques entre elles au moins au sein de chaque zone, ces pièces étant superposées les unes sur les autres en étages. Application à la réalisation de vides poussés.
