Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un dispositif de chauffage par hyperfréquences comprenant une boîte métallique parallélépipédique associée à un émetteur approprié par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'alimentation convenable, boîte dont les trois dimensions sont des multiples impairs du quart de la longueur d'onde de l'émetteur. De façon avantageuse, un ensemble auxiliaire comprenant un piston constitué d'une plaque de faible épaisseur et une plaquette orientable permet d'adapter la cavité en fonction des conditions opératoires. L'appareil peut être utilisé pour l'application de traitements par pertes diélectriques, en particulier pour la fabrication de fils, joncs, profilés de sections diverses, à partir de résines synthétiques thermodurcissables et il a l'avantage de concilier un volume interne relativement important avec un rendement énergétique satisfaisant.
