Abstract

La chambre cylindrique 1 du séchoir comporte une tubulure 2 tangentielle d'introduction de l'agent de transfert de chaleur, Les trous 4, ménagés dans la paroi latérale 3, permettent d'introduire à force du matériau dispersé et, au centre de la paroi d'about 10, le trou 11 permet l'évacuation hors de la chambre 1 du mélange de l'agent et du matériau séché vers la tubulure 12 hélicoïdale adjacente à la paroi d'about 10; à une certaine distance de la paroi latérale 3, l'élément 6 de largeur 1 correspondant à celle de cette paroi délimite avec celle-ci le carte 7 dont une extrémité est mise en communication avec la tubulure 2 de sorte qu'une partie de l'agent de transfert, qui y est introduite, arrive dans ce canal et son autre extrémité a une section rétrécie et est à proximité du trou 4 d'introduction du matériau. Ce séchoir est utilisé pour des matériaux à taux élevé d'humidité avec un rendement élevé d'abaissement de celui-ci.
