Abstract

Le procédé concerne la préparation de gels déshydratés et réhydratables d'agarose contenant des anticorps fixés par échange d'ions sur un haut polymère basique immobile réparti dans la structure du gel. Le gel comprend un film polyester mouillable sur une face sur laquelle le gel d'agarose est stratifié en partant d'une solution complexe contenant l'agarose, les éléments nécessaires à la réhydratation, le polymère faiblement basique, et les anticorps fixés sur ce dernier produit par échange d'ions. La solution stratifiée est gélifiée par refroidissement et l'ensemble est déshydraté sous courant d'air pulsé à température ambiante. L'invention peut être appliquée dans le dosage des protéines sériques par les techniques d'immunodiffusion radiale, électroimmunodiffusion et immunoélectrophorèse bidimensionnelle.
