Abstract

Procédé pour préparer des phosphates par formation d'une couche aqueuse d'acide phosphorique contenant un solvant non miscible à l'eau et des impuretés métalliques en équilibre avec une couche organique qui consiste en une solution d'acide phosphorique dans le même solvant, séparation des couches et, dans un ordre quelconque, conversion de la couche aqueuse en phosphate et séparation du solvant. On traite la couche aqueuse par un réactif consistant en de l'ammoniac ou une base ou un sel d'ammonium ou de métal alcalin ou alcalino-terreux, de manière à former une phase liquide solvant organique et une phase solution aqueuse qui contient l'acide phosphorique et les cations de métal alcalin ou de métal alcalino-terreux, après quoi on sépare la phase aqueuse de la phase solvant organique. Application notamment à la récupération du solvant utilisé dans l'extraction d'un acide phosphorique brut de voie humide.
