Abstract

L'addition a trait à la catalyse enzymatique hétérogène. Selon l'addition, le contrôle continu d'une réaction enzymatique est effectué à l'aide d'une électrode enzymatique EE ayant l'enzyme fixée sur un support conducteur que l'on soumet à un potentiel qui varie entre deux niveaux dont on règle la valeur moyenne afin de maintenir une activité enzymatique moyenne correspondante. L'enzyme est fixée sur des particules du support pour former un lit fixe ME agité ou fluidisé associé à une electrode inerte de travail Et1. L'addition s'applique notamment à l'hydrolyse enzymatique du lactosérum.
