Abstract

Antinflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic compsns. comprises p-acetamidophenol 1-p-chlorobenzoyl-2-methyl-5-methoxyindole-3-acetate of formula (I), opt. together with other active agents. Used in human and veterinary medicine. Doses are e.g. 0.1-500mg/kg. (I) per day, p.o.; rectally, i.m. or i.v., in solid or liq. forms. LD50 is 4g/kg. (mouse).
