Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'affichage adressable. Dans ce dispositif les données sont présentées sous la forme d'un réseau de points rectangulaires à l'aide d'un tube à rayon cathodique sous vide, et qui permet des affichages de grandes dimensions et très lumineux. Le tube à rayon cathodique comprend deux grilles segmentées 7, 8 formées chacune de bandes adressables séparement. Les électrons en provenance d'un canon à électrons 2 à faisceau divergent 6 passent à travers les deux électrodes, au point de croisement de deux bandes, une par électrode, seulement lorsque des potentiels déterminés sont appliqués à ces deux bandes. L'invention trouve son application dans la réalisation de dispositifs d'affichage à faible encombrement longitudinal.
