Abstract

Laser therapy appts. consists of a control system connected to the radiation source as well as being coupled to a mechanical, laser beam adjusting device. An input unit provides the programme for the radiation of biological subjects. A reading and control unit receives the output data from the input unit. An electro-mechanical assembly is coupled to the output side of the mechanical, bead adjusting device. A drive is provided for focusing and positioning the projected radiation, i.e. the laser beam, in three dimensions on the subject concerned. One output of the reading and control unit is coupled to the electro-mechanical assembly while its other output is coupled to the control system for the radiation source.
