Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé de dosage de produits destinés à être mélangés dans des proportions déterminées et le dispositif mis en oeuvre. Le procédé selon l'invention met en oeuvre des bras de levier coopérant entre eux et dans un rapport de longueur en relation avec les proportions de produits souhaitées dans le mélange, l'incidence sur l'un des leviers du poids du mélange en cours de finition par délivrance du dernier composant rétablit l'équilibre des leviers, équilibre préalablement détruit par l'extraction des premiers composants retirés de réservoirs solidaires desdits bras de levier et le rétablissement dudit équilibre provoque l'arrêt de la délivrance du dernier composant et la mise en route d'un autre cycle de délivrance des composants à mélanger en pourcentage pondéral. Le procédé selon l'invention et le dispositif de mise en oeuvre sont particulièrement applicables au mélange des produits granuleux ou pulvérulents notamment aux granulés de matière plastique et de pigments de coloration pour l'alimentation de trémies d'extrudeuses.
