Abstract

The device compensates for and conceals any gap in a building partition. It comprises one or more vertical or horizontal profiled sections (10) with a lengthwise groove open to the side, accommodating part of the partition (14). The depth of the groove is sufficient to accommodate the maximum gap, and it accommodates one or more adjustable stops (26) exerting a locking force on profiled section and partition. The stops can be elastic blades whose curvature is adjustable, typically by means of thrusters (22, 24).
