Abstract

The pivot connection consists of a support (2) fixed to the lavatory bowl by bolts (6, 8) which can be adjusted to different positions in relation to the support (2), and are positioned in countersunk grooves (4) in the support. The grooves can be blocked by covers (10) movably fixed on the support ends. Support pieces (24, 26) are fixed to the lid and to the seat. The support and support pieces incorporate pivot pins (20, 22) inserted in cavities (16, 18) enclosing only part of the pins.
