Abstract
The optical autocollimator which enables the orientation of a mirror, or of a system incorporating such a mirror, to be controlled. The device comprises, in series along an axis, a light source (11), a condenser (12), and a collimator objective (15). Between the condenser (12) and the collimator objective (15), a strip (17) with parallel faces is placed. One face is partially covered with a reflecting metallic mask which leaves a non-covered central region. The strip is inclined w.r.t. the optical axis of the device.
