Abstract

Dental bridge comprises a tooth section with integral injection-moulded plastic teeth (15) arranged in a row in the way in which they are to appear in the finished bridge. A palate section (24) is injection-moulded onto the tooth section in situ so as to lie above part of it, and surrounds an integral projection (22) on that part of the tooth section. The projection pref. consists of a ridge with a portion extending as far as a surface of the palate section remote from the teeth. A strip of plastic (17) may be disposed between the bases (16) of at least some successive teeth. The front teeth pref. have a natural inclination to the plane of the tooth section, and the molar teeth are inclined relative to the front teeth, extending at an angle relative to their counterparts in a natural set of teeth.
