Abstract

The heat insulating blocks (10) are surface treated with an anti-absorbent liquid in a multiple mould consisting of a rectangular bed (1), with flat, upper surface. The mould contains dividing walls (3, 4), corners (5) and spacer pieces (6). The bed (1) has side, angled rails, end rails (8) and intermediate crosswise rails (9). The blocks are treated by a mixture of water and adhesive binder, then by a mixture of cement, water and adhesive binder, and finally by a mixture of cement and aggregate, applied by brushing and water jets.
