Abstract

The hydro-therapeutic cabinet (1) has a water sealed side hung door (2) and is utilised by an individual standing erect or semi-erect within the cabinet walls. The door (2) can be operated by the user or secondary personel with controls activating jacks or similar mechanism. The internal walls of the cabinet may incorporate a series of nozzles (6) directing water on to the user. The pressure of applied water is adjustable and controlled from a cabinet integral (7) or a remote console. The cabinet may be plumbed in with hot and cold water supply pipes (4) and waste drainage pipes (5), and may be arranged to adopt inclined positions relative to the vertical.
