Abstract

The device comprises a sleeve which is closed out one end, the open end of the sleeve having a collar with an external rib. The cylinder has a fine axial slot near its closed end, the slot being kept closed by diametrically opposed ribs which act as springs. The thickness of the sleeve is about 1.5mm. The sleeve is pref in a plane which is perpendicular to the plane containing the two axial ribs. Alternatively, the sleeve may extend circumferentially, there being a diametral rib across its closed end joining and axial rib extending to the collar.
