Abstract

The heated cylindrical roller (E) for waving the hair has two independent circuits to supply hot air, one comprising a steady flow along a spiral path and a secondary circuit of pulsed air. It has an internal hollow case (1) delimiting the secondary circuit which is joined on part of its periphery to the spiral of the first circuit (2) forming a longitudinal cavity (5). Some alternate barriers (6) are positioned in the secondary circuit to form a labyrinth form the entry of the pulsed air (7) to the brush (8) on the roller. Level with this there are openings (11) for the pulsed air which heats the bottom of the hair.
