Abstract

The tank is designed to fit onto an easily manoeuvred vehicle. It is also capable of being removed easily and another one re-erected in its place. The tank is arranged to be slung low over the vehicle so that the centre of gravity is kept low and the stability increased. The tank has a rectangular section with cut-away portions for the wheels. The water outlet connection (15) is located at the rear end of the tank. A guard rail (13) is mounted on top of the tank. Bumpers (9) are fitted to the rear end of the tank.
