Abstract

The machine has an infeed arrangement for the raw material and a removal arrangement for the finished parts, which work in cycle with a turntable. The turntable has several dies (5) each built up from beaker shaped parts which fit inside one another. The bottom ends of the beakers have a hole in which the material is mounted which is to be shaped. The outer faces of the bottom ends of the beaker shape the convolutions on the bellows. The beakers are split in half along a plane which lies in the axis of the machine to form two sections (a, b). The sections move radially towards one another, while the dies (3) move axially into the beakers. The hollow unshaped parts are placed in the dies from a drum from the opposite side of the dies. An arbor moves into the hollow parts and feeds fluid under pressure into the part to be shaped.
