Abstract

The flap cover pack used for cigarettes etc. consists of a main pack and a cover section attached to the rear wall of the main pack and fitted with an inner frame. At least one section of the inner frame (120, 121) have adjoining edges with the neighbouring wall of the main pack (B) which point either downwards or upwards and limit the movement of the inner frame (F) towards the base. One of the adjoining edges is fitted with a projection (130) which stands proud of the plane of the section (120, 121, 122) or the wall (112, 113) into the plane of the adjoining wall (112, 113) or section (120, 121, 122). The projection is fitted to both sides of the inner frame with each side wall of the main pack including both outer and inner material layers.
