Abstract

The toy, which at the same time can be used as a direction indicator by a child using a bicycle. is strapped on the head. It resembles a feather worn by an American indian. The feather (1) is attached by its base to toothed segments (6) and (8), which mesh with each other. A weight (11) suspended from the latter keeps the feather upright. The segments are attached to a plate (2) mounted on a strap (4) for attaching to the head. When the head is tilted, the feather swings to one side.
