Abstract

The organism or tissue sample under investigation is placed between two condenser plates each covered on the inside by light sensitive paper or film and a high voltage is applied to the condenser plates either in the dark or in projection light and an electrical impulse applied of specific polarity and pulse shape whose amplitude lies in the critical boundaries of the micro disruptive discharge of the tissue and tissue polarisation whereby the images produced in the light sensitive film is developed, fixed and finally investigated. Pref. the film is coated with a chromatographic light sensitive emulsion or a light sensor sensitive to a specific colour of the spectrum.
