Abstract

The hopper is supported on a framework on wheels and with movable feet by which it can be immobilised. Beneath the outlet from the hopper is a space into which can be fitted a movable conveyor to collect and distribute the flow from the hopper. The conveyor can be a belt conveyor or a screw conveyor. Because of its movable nature it can be moved to a position outside the framework and then used to reload the hopper. The framework includes inclined pieces and cross bars to support the conveyor and a winding device by which to move it.
