Abstract

An assembly of fitters for a water treatment system has the filters, valves and similar fittings connected in series to form a circuit. The filters (3a, 3b) are installed in housings (2a, 2b) with caps (4a, 4b) having threaded bosses (5a, 5b). The filters are connected by blocks of P.V.C. (6, 6a, 6b) with tapped holes (7, 7b) to suit the bosses (5a, 5b). These blocks have additional tapped holes for connecting to valves (10, 12, 13) and hose connectors (8). All the blocks are of the same width and thickness to slide inside a C-section supporting beam (15) made of stainless steel. The beam has holes (17) for wall fixing. The assembly provides a simple and aesthetic way of connecting and supporting a fluid circuit.
