Abstract

The injection process is for fixed suspension, reinforcement or indicator devices on the panels of files, particularly suspended files. The devices (4) are formed by spraying onto the panel edges (5) to which they are rigidly secured after setting. The panel edges are so shaped that the panels bear against the devices when they have shrunk during setting, without any distortion. Each device can have one or more protrusions extending over the face of the panel adhering to it. Spraying can take plate directly from both sides of the edge, so that the protrusions adhere to the panel surface.
