Abstract

The system of cantilevered rods (7) is for the suspension of a shower curtain (9) from a level above the shower rose. The rods radiate from a wall (M) mounted console (1). Each of the fixed rod ends have downward vertical returns. The returns fit into holes which locate on the periphery of a horizontal wheel (4). The wheel (4) is mounted on a vertical axis (5) on the console (1). The cantilever arms are arched in the vertical plane and of varying lengths. The lengths of individual arms define a quadrilateral pattern of suspension points. One of the sides of the quadrilateral corresponds to the width of a domestic bath.
