Abstract

The mounting consists of upper and lower bearing blocks, each comprising internal and external bushes separated from one another by anti-friction devices. A tubular spacer bears on the internal bearing block bushes, keeping them apart. A shaft turns in the bearing blocks, and bears at its upper end a drive pulley. To its lower end is attached the blade support. The lower bearing block is fixed rigidly to the frame of the mower, and supports a second conical part of which the sides rise upwards ending in a small aperture to take the upper bearing block which is not fixed to the latter thus allowing a limited alignment movement.
