Abstract

Metals and metalloids can be linked to animal placenta or other tissues by finely chopping the tissues, mixing them with the powdered metals or metalloids and heating to 120 degrees C for 1 hr. The prod. is filtered, put into ampoules or flasks and sterilised at 120 degrees C. The process can be applied to phosphores by adding some parts per thousand of phosphoric acid to bovine placenta. The prod. are useful as cosmetics. A face lotion contains 50% bovine oligoplacenta; 5% propylene glycol and 45% physiological serum. Hair lotions contain: (a) 470 ml bovine phospho-placenta; 30 ml. propylene glycol; 500 ml distilled H2O, and (b) 410 ml bovine sulpho-placenta; 60 ml bovine oligo-placenta; 30 ml propylene glycol; 500 ml. distilled H2O.
