Abstract

The record sleeve is formed by two superimposed side panels (1, 2), between which a pocket for receiving the record is defined, with a reinforcing sheet (9, 10) fixed to the inner surface of each of the side panels (1, 2). The pocket into which the record is inserted is defined by a first blank used to form the side panels (1, 2) and by a second blank used to form the two reinforcing sheets (9, 10). The second blank being at least as thick as the first. The side panels (1, 2) are connected on at least one side by a gusset (4), formed integrally with one side panel (1).
