Abstract

The electrical equipment housing is assembled from a number of modular elements, comprising a base element with corner sockets into which at least two vertical side elements fit, with a horizontal cover fitted over the top of the two uppermost side elements. Both the base element and the cover can be fitted side by side with a similar component for increasing the width of the housing between the vertical sides and an intermediate vertical element can then be used to divide the housing into two adjacent compartments. Pref the side elements have a number of spaced horizontal rails, between which horizontal dividers or support brackets can be placed.
