Abstract

The cover for filing folders consists of a box shaped rectangular body with measurements to hold one or more filing adjacent folders. The free-standing edges of the covers (1) are reinforced by a frame or surface section (6) which consists of a sufficiently rigid material which is inserted on to the free standing edges under pressure. The inner flange of the face section is fitted with a number of equi-distant and corresponding projections extending along its horizontal side which define a distance corresponding to the width of a filing folder. On one side of the fce section a rigidly formed wing is fitted which projects below the cover base and ensures a perfect positioning of the cover on the supported side of the shelf.
