Abstract
Spectacles having a structure such that their density is less than that of water i.e. so that they can float, are provided with fixed means of rendering them insubmersible e.g. little floats. The spectacles are marked with bright colours, preferably phosphorescent so that they are visible at night. they may be provided with small cavities filled with fluorescent material. The floats may be secured by clips, staples, or suitable fasteners.
