Abstract

Each clamp (1a, 1b) is C shaped, with the free ends truned inwards to face each other. These are cut at an angle, both in the same direction. The top of the C is thicker to incorporate two horizontal and parallel slots, one above the other. The skis (2a, 2b) are placed together with their bottom faces (3a, 3b) in contact and inserted into the clamps through the open side of the C. Each clamp is drawn to the centre until the skis are gripped between bearer strips on the arms of the clamps. A strap (4) is finally inserted through the slots and adjusted as required.
