Perforated Al panel for baking oven comprises at its periphery a frame of greater mechanical strength than Al, e.g. of stainless steel, which reinforces and protects the panel. Pref. the frame is of V-shaped cross-section, with the point of the V disposed beneath the plane of the panel.
