Abstract

The base (1) is an extruded length of flexible material its lower part being flat and designed to be held in a recess. Each side of a central plane perpendicular to the lower part is an inverted L section extension (2), with the leg (4) pointing outwards and the corner angle (6) provided with a large radius. The top surface of each extension is coated with flock pile (10) forming the seal. This pile comes together at the radiused corners (14). For improved sealing the gap between the L shaped sections can be provided with two sealing webs.
