Abstract

The four-leg support has a platform (1) secured to a disc (7) by screws (8) which may project through the platform (1) in order to secure the camera. The disc (7) is provided with four equally spaced lugs for the attachment of the telescopic legs (3), (4), (5) and (6). Each leg is extended to the required length by means of the adjusting nuts (9) which are provided with ears (10). The nuts are locked in position by the rings (11) and transverse pins (12) which pass through holes (13) in the lower part of the leg. An alternative design has three main legs but with one of the legs being provided with two hinged feet.
