Abstract

Two equipments respectively associated with two data centres exchange under orders from the centres code and control signals. The code signal is formed by the addition of two approximately sinusoidal elementary signals whose fundamental frequencies are different and which are chosen from six predetermined frequencies f1-f6. The control signal is similar to an elementary signal, and has a predetermined fundamental frequency f7. Each equipment consists of a first arrangement of circuits having seven sub assembly frequency dividers (in a ratio N) and decoders fed by a signal of frequency F supplied by a quartz oscillator. These subassemblies deliver respectively a binary signal constituted by switching pulses representing, at frequency F divided by n.N. equal to one of the predetermined, frequencies f1-f7, the sequence of n first binary numbers. Seven filter sub assemblies identify the frequency of each elementary signal.
