Abstract

The connection element is mounted at the end of the heating strip so as to connect the strip conductors with themselves and/or with an electrical energy supply source. A housing (2) has a cover (1) and a narrow slot (3) into which the heating strip (4) fits. On the cover is mounted, perpendicular to its surface, a tubular element (10) containing current carrying conductors tubular element being used as a direct connection to the supply source. The connections between the ends of the heating strip conductors and the supply conductors are covered by an insulating material (4), placed on the internal faces of the housing and cover, which hardens an electrically insulating material covering the connections and the base ends of the conductors.
