Abstract

Nut kernel liqueur with good storage props. is prepd. by boiling the nuts in 35% syrup at 105 degrees , for, i.e. 1/2 hr. The nuts are then dried in air at room temp. They are then immersed in a 60% syrup mixed with 30-40% of 50 degrees alcohol, 30% wt. of nuts being used.
