Abstract

The reflector incorporates a continuous one-piece profiled section in the form of a dihedron, the wider portion being open to the outside with its sides inclined so as to reflect the rays from the lamp. This portion is extended by a closed box portion of smaller dimensions accommodating the lamp accessories such as the mounting and starter which are mounted on a plate bearing at the edges against shoulders of the section, where the two portions join. The plate is held in position by screws bearing against a support plate at the base of the box portion which protects the lamp accessories. The lamp and sockets are mounted below the first plate and in the reflection area.
