Abstract

The front face of the plate contains information which gives name, date of birth, address, occupation and social security number of the person carrying it. The rear face of the plate contains medical information relating to the owner of the plate. This medical information is only revealed when a metallic shutter on the plate is opened, this metallic shutter pivoting around a hinge. The shutter is only released when a button is pressed. The medical information may include details of heart condition, blood flow, nerve condition etc.
