Abstract

A lower frame (1) is constructed of square and has four vertical axes (2) placed equidistant around the outside of the stand, forming part of one of the vertical uprights. Each axis has a number of separately pivoting sections (3) on it to display the floor coverings, samples being interleaved within the frame when closed. A circular plate (7) above this frame carries pivoting rods (10), mounted vertically and at equal pitches around the periphery of this plate and a similar upper one. Both plates are joined by a central column (8). Wall coverings mounted on the pivoting rods can fan out radially for inspection.
