Abstract

Hooked arms (4) engage slotted (3) winged 'U' sections (1) previously fixed in the desired position. The 'U' sections or rail (I) have 90 deg. external returns to each leg and equally spaced slots (3) in the parallel runs across the centres of the slabs (2) by compass clamps to the substructure and/or bolts etc. to the floor. Slab hooks constitute a square plate (4) with a hook (9) projecting from one top corner. A plate is fixed to each slab corner (two on each of two opposed edges) whereby the hooks (9) align longitudinally with the 'U' section or rails (1) for insertion in slots (3).
