Abstract

The bar is of an inverted U-section (1) with slightly spread out ends (2). A number of notches (4) are cut on its top edge in which the hooks are located. In order to hold the hooks in place, a double thickness (6) of flexible material is located between the arms of the U-section, retained in place by triangular cutout points (8) on the side of the bar. The rest of the sheet of flexible material is wrapped round the bar (5) and held in place by tying (7) or other means, holding the clothes-hangers in place.
