Abstract

A long base stripo (1) of plastic material has grooves arranged perpendicular to the longitudinal sense of the base strip (1) so as to divide it into several sections. A protecting stud (5) extends from the centre near the upper part of each section, the end (6) of this stud being filed to a peak, the apex (7) of which is aligned along the longitudinal sense of the base. A thin reflecting plate (2) made from aluminium sheet is inserted between two layers of coloured synthetic resin. The reflecting plates have at their top a slot which is used to hook the plate over a stud (7) which is fixed to the end of the first apex.
